The service

Hadir provides tools for digital invitations, event information, guest management, RSVP, wishes, gift registries and optional receiving details. Features may change as the product develops. A launch offer or waitlist message does not promise that every future feature will remain free.

Accounts and event access

Account holders must provide accurate sign-in information and protect access to their account. The primary host controls an event and can grant limited access to co-hosts. A co-host must use the account connected to the invitation they received.

Each event has one permanent public invitation link after first publication. Hosts should review an invitation before publishing and share private guest links only with their intended recipients.

Your content

Hosts keep responsibility for the event information, photographs, music and other material they upload or publish. By using the service, they allow Hadir and its providers to store, process and display that material as needed to operate the event and invitation.

Do not upload material you do not have permission to use, content that violates another person’s privacy, malicious files or unlawful content. Hadir may restrict content or access when needed to protect people, the service or the law.

Guests, gifts and giving

Hosts are responsible for the guest information they add and for using it appropriately. Guests are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit.

The gift registry records intentions between a guest and a host. Salam kaut displays receiving details supplied by the host. Hadir is not the seller of listed gifts, does not hold guest funds and does not complete or guarantee a bank transfer.

Payments and no-refunds policy

Payments for Hadir paid plans and upgrades are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. We do not provide refunds for a change of mind, unused features, event cancellation or rescheduling, or a decision to stop using Hadir.

This policy does not limit consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. For billing errors or questions about a remedy you may be entitled to, contact us through our contact page.

Launch offer

Plus is offered at a one-time launch price of RM49. RM99 is the planned standard price, not a previous selling price. Future pricing may change; the price shown at checkout is the amount you agree to pay for that purchase.

Availability and changes

Hadir aims to keep invitations available and data protected, but maintenance, network failures or third-party services can interrupt access. Hosts should keep independent copies of information they cannot afford to lose. The service may be updated, suspended or discontinued with reasonable care for active events.

Responsible use

Do not probe or bypass access controls, use another person’s private link without permission, overload the service, automate abusive traffic, impersonate another person or use Hadir to deceive or harm others.

These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any specific commercial terms shown when a paid plan is purchased will also apply to that purchase.

Changes to these terms

Hadir may revise these terms as the service and its commercial offering develop. The date above will change when the terms are updated. Material changes should be presented clearly before they take effect for an account holder.
